Our team employs the experience, wisdom, and judgment it has accumulated over decades of relevant experience and operating history, including acquiring and managing 114 million square feet of commercial real estate and 1,800 multifamily units throughout the United States and Canada, negotiating hundreds of thousands of square feet of leases, and completing millions of dollars of construction projects to identify appropriate development and operating partners and compelling investment opportunities. We also apply senior management’s public market experience as a former board member and member of the Investment Committee, Audit Committee, and Corporate Governance and Compensation Committee for a $1.4 billion publicly traded, Canadian-based REIT to advise its joint venture partners and help form investment strategies and structures.
