Stonemar Properties is a vertically-integrated real estate investment and property management firm founded in 2003 and headquartered in New York City. Our current portfolio is comprised of nearly two million square feet of real estate.

Since our inception, our joint venture partners have included public and private companies such as Kimco Realty Corporation, The Hampshire Companies, Eightfold Real Estate Capital, and Apollo Global Management. We have acquired, managed, and advised on more than $12 billion of real estate-related transactions throughout our careers. Collectively, we have more than 100 years of institutional experience in all facets of real estate investment and management.

We acquire and manage institutional-quality retail and mixed-use real estate, as well as select office and multifamily properties, located in leading primary and secondary markets throughout the United States. We focus on properties that require leasing, repositioning, capital improvement, and/or redevelopment initiatives to achieve stabilization and maximize value creation.

We invest our own capital alongside our joint venture partners, and we support our investment activities with in-house property management, leasing, legal, accounting, and tenant and investor relations services.
