Co-Founder

Greg is the Co-Managing Member and Co-Founder of Evergreen Property Partners, where he co-leads corporate strategy initiatives, investment activities, and relationships with family offices and joint venture partners. He has more than 27 years of experience in real estate, investment banking, capital markets, and fund management, and has acquired, developed, managed, and/or advised on more than $11B of real estate assets.

Prior to Evergreen, Greg co-founded and co-managed Stonemar Partners, a vertically integrated real estate operating company specializing in value-add mixed-use and retail-related properties. At Stonemar, he structured and managed joint ventures with prominent institutional investors, including Apollo Global Management ($515B AUM) and American Realty Advisors ($12B AUM), and led the company's investment, property, and asset management efforts.​

Previously, Greg served as a Board Member of Whiterock REIT from its inception until its $1.4B sale. Whiterock was a publicly traded company on the Toronto Stock Exchange that acquired and managed a portfolio of 11MM square feet of office, retail, and industrial assets across Canada and the United States. During his tenure, Greg held elected positions on the REIT’s Investment, Audit, and Corporate Governance and Compensation Committees. He also served on the Special Committee, playing a key role in negotiating the successful sale of the company.​

Earlier in his career, Greg specialized in real estate acquisitions at The Praedium Group and advised Centro Properties/Brixmor, Cerberus Capital Management, Argent Ventures, and General Electric on various real estate projects. He began his career in mergers and acquisitions at SG Warburg and then spent several years in leveraged finance at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette/Credit Suisse, where he provided strategic investment, corporate finance, and capital markets advice to the energy sector and was part of the #1-ranked high-yield research team, as recognized by Institutional Investor magazine.​

Greg holds a B.A. in Economics from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.


DJ Van Keuren

DJ Van Keuren has more than 25 years of experience in real estate, finance, investment banking, and fund management and has structured over $5 billon of real estate investments during his career.

Prior to co-founding Evergreen Property Partners, DJ was President of Real Estate for a family member that owns a Major League Baseball team; a Vice President of Real Estate for the Hayman Family Office (the single family office of the founder of Giorgio Perfume); Director of Family Office Capital for the Arsenal Family Office; Managing Director for the Jain Family Office; and Managing Director of the American Dream Fund.

DJ has been named as one of Family Capital’s Top 10 Family Office Real Estate Professionals and as one of Trusted Insight’s Top 30 Family Office Real Estate Investors. He is also a member of the Forbes Real Estate Council, author of "Real Estate Investing for Family Offices", founder of The Family Office Real Estate Institute and The Family Office Real Estate magazine, and is a frequent speaker at family office conferences around the world. Most recently, DJ was a Family Wealth Alliance finalist for its Best In Industry awards for Thought Leadership and Special Industry Contributions. He has written numerous articles that have been published in Forbes, Family Office Elite, Real Asset Advisor, National Real Estate Investor, and Private Wealth. Finally, DJ is on the Editorial Board for Real Asset Advisor magazine, is the President of the Harvard Real Estate Alumni Organization, and is a prior Board Member for the Real Estate Academic Initiative at Harvard.

DJ received his B.A. from Ball State University, attended graduate studies in Real Estate at the NYU Schack Real Estate Institute, and received his Master's Degree from Harvard University in Management and Finance.
