Stonemar acquires and manages well-located, high-potential properties valued at $20-100+ million on behalf of our institutional joint venture investment partners. Our partners have substantial discretionary equity to invest and, collectively, they manage more than $13 billion of real estate assets for their clients.
Owner-Operator
Stonemar is a proactive, nimble, and strategic owner-operator who acquires and manages well-located, institutional-quality real property in need of capital improvements, redevelopment, leasing, and/or rebranding and repositioning. We currently own and manage a 1.7 million square foot property portfolio.
